My name is Chris Reighley and I have been involved in eCommerce for the past 15 years. I owned and operated multiple eCommerce stores since 1996. I launched my first store in 1996 – Youffer’s Music. I also had a golf store (RGolfStuff) and a health and beauty store (Melodia Fragrances). In 2007 I closed my stores and started working for Fulfillment Technologies in Cincinnati Ohio as Director of eCommerce where I have been working on global ecommerce expansion strategies.

Prior to starting my of business I was a Marketing / Product Manager for a healthcare manufacture and a Brand Manager for Baldwin Piano.

I am currently working on my PhD in eCommerce from Northcentral University in Prescott Valley Arizona.

I have a passion for eCommerce Marketing. I love what is happening with Social Media and the Web 2.0 community. The possibilities are endless in what we can do as retailers and etailers to harness the power of the internet.

My goal and hope is that these posts and writings can help those small, medium and large companies looking to take advantage of the internet and eCommerce. As I work on my research for my degree program I will share that information here.
